- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My sister and I are adventurers. We plan an outdoors adventure once a year. In May 2017 the plan was to fly into Medford, OR and rent a car and drive down to backpack through the redwood forest and camp on the beach. We stopped at the visitor center to get our bearings and survey the campgrounds. The rangers were super helpful and provided us with maps and local insights on the best hikes. We also were able to secure a back country camping pass for a beach campground that was absolutely breath taking. We will definitely be returning again!By Katrina Ricoy, March 06, 2018
